All our food is handmade using mainly fresh and only ethically sourced, GM free ingredients.
With a healthy diet in mind, we never use any artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives, we don’t even add any salt, sugar or butter.
Our flavours come from natural produce like fresh limes, homegrown organic corriander, lemongrass, dried chillies, soy sauce, garlic and galangal.
To minimise the environmental impact, all our packaging is bio-degradeable.
